Please Support Your Association

TThe Telugu Literary and Cultural Association (TLCA) is a non-profit Tax-exempt organization has been continuously operating in the New York Metropolitan area for last 39 years. Established in 1971, primarily to promote Indian traditional and cultural values especially among the youth being brought up in this great country, we organize several cultural programs every year. Recently we have celebrated our Ugadi Program in April 2009, Dussehra & Diwali Program in November 2009 and Sankranthi Program in January 2010 that attracted huge crowds from the Tristate area. Besides three major events TLCA conducts Competitions and other continued activities. We request all of you to continue your support to our future TLCA Literary, Cultural and Youth activities. TLCA has a membership of about a thousand people in its mailing list. A significant portion of these are Business Men, Doctors, CPAs, Engineers, Software Professionals and Professionals from other fields

We will be celebrating UGADI, the Telugu New Year, with a Grand Gala program on April 17th of 2010. This time we shall organize cultural programs on a grand scale. Besides bringing star performers, we also would like to encourage local talent to perform, especially the Telugu Youth by providing them with the necessary tools and infrastructure to showcase their latent skills and talent. There will also be a grand dinner with traditional Telugu foods. We expect about a thousand people to attend.
