I am happy to note that the Telugu Literary & Cultural Association (T.L.C.A) of New York is celebrating “UGADI” the Telugu New Year Day on 12th of April 2003 at New York.

I heartily appreciate the President and Members of the Executive Committee of T.L.C.A., for their efforts in promoting literary and cultural values among the Telugu people in the U.S.A.

My “UGADI” greetings and good wishes to all the Telugu people in the U.S.A. and I wish the function a grand success.
